BBP Stepped Housing

Two stepped buildings near Brooklyn Bridge Park's Atlantic Avenue entrance combine market-rate and affordable housing with active public spaces. The design preserves harbor views through cascading terraces while anchoring the ground level with community amenities and a seasonal plaza that transitions from winter ice skating to summer farmers markets.
